Warning over social media tea products

Metro have released an article about a TikTok Shop selling a deadly herbal tea. The article highlights the dangers of consuming lily of the valley tea.

The tea is labelled as "organic" and "healing" and was being sold for $14.50 on the TikTok Shop. Medical experts have warned that the tea is poisonous and can cause vomiting, hyperkalaemia, dysrhythmia, and even death. The tea has been removed from TikTok Shop after the warnings were issued.
