Balanced mix of coffee and tea can increase longevity

A UK Biobank study suggests that for maximum longevity benefits, an optimal total daily intake is 7-8 cups of plain water, coffee, and tea combined.

A roughly 2:3 ratio of coffee to tea was associated with the lowest risk of all-cause mortality and specific diseases like respiratory issues.
